We kindly ask that all paperwork is completed before your first visit. This gives our doctors time to review everything thoroughly. If paperwork isn’t submitted ahead of time, your appointment may be delayed or rescheduled.

You’ll begin with a one-on-one consultation with one of our doctors. This isn’t your typical appointment. We take the time to truly listen — diving deep into your or your child’s health history, understanding your goals, and uncovering the root causes behind your current challenges. Many families and individuals share that this is the first time they’ve felt fully heard and finally found real hope and direction.
From day one, our focus is on the nervous system. Every aspect of our care is designed to support neuroplasticity — the brain and nervous system’s ability to rest, heal, adapt, and grow. This is essential for everyone, from newborns learning to regulate sleep to parents seeking more energy, calm, and resilience.
Next, if appropriate, we’ll begin a gentle, non-invasive neuro-spinal assessment using advanced CLA INSiGHT™ technology. These tools allow us to do a deeper dive into the function of the central and autonomic nervous system. The INSiGHT scans consist of three neurologically based assessments that help us find, measure, and quantify areas of stress, tension, and imbalance that may be interfering with optimal function. These scans are safe for all ages, including infants and pregnant mothers, and give us a clear picture of how the nervous system is functioning and adapting to everyday stress.
Your care begins right away — patients are adjusted on their first visit to help the nervous system reset and start the healing process immediately.

Health care costs can certainly add up quickly and are often a significant barrier to getting the care people need. ICT Chiropractic & Acupuncture is in-network with multiple major insurance companies that cover our services. Our reasonably priced services start at:

We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, but you don’t need insurance to receive care. Many of our practice members choose to come as cash patients, and they receive the same exceptional care and attention. Whether you’re using insurance or not, you’re in the right place.
Yes! To make your first visit as smooth and efficient as possible, we ask that all new patients complete their intake paperwork ahead of time. This gives our doctors a chance to review your history and better prepare for your appointment. You’ll receive a link to fill everything out online after booking!
No problem at all! If you’re unable to complete the paperwork online, just arrive 15–20 minutes early to your appointment, and we’ll have everything ready for you to fill out in the office. Our team is happy to help with any questions!
Payment is taken at the time of your visit. Our preferred payment is cash (this saves us fees allowing us to keep our pricing low). We also accept most major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and checks.
